La innovación tecnológica: una mirada desde la teoría económica

Abstract

Esta investigación realiza desde la metodología cualitativa de tipo descriptivo - bibliográfica, una revisión de los aportes teóricos y conceptuales que sobre la innovación tecnológica elaboran los enfoques más relevantes de la teoría económica, y cómo su aplicación sigue influyendo en las organizaciones, en ocasiones con el acompañamiento del Estado. El resultado indica que las diferentes corrientes económicas desarrollan ideas estructurales que, actualmente, se tienen en cuenta en los procesos empresariales cada vez más novedosos y se orientan para dar origen a la competitividad, cambio tecnológico y sostenibilidad institucional en un mercado incierto. Además, el artículo deja algunos puntos de reflexión acerca de la utilidad en el crecimiento económico que poseen principios como la división y especialización del trabajo, la producción como fuente de innovación, gestión del conocimiento, redes de cooperación, la destrucción creativa, evolución tecnológica, extracción de valor y la utilización de recursos en la evolución económica.
