La integración del mercado bursátil latinoamericano: Una revisión sistemática de la literatura

Abstract

Este estudio tiene por objetivo caracterizar las principales temáticas de investigación que se han abordado en torno al Mercado Integrado Latinoamericano(MILA) y, a partir de esto, proponer futuras rutas de estudio. Para ello, fueron revisados 85 artículos relacionados con este campo, publicados entre 2008 y 2022 en revistas indexadas en Scopus, WOS y Google Académico. Los resultados obtenidos sugieren que la investigación sobre el MILA se centró en varios atributos de los mercados financieros y de los reportes corporativos tras el acuerdo de integración, los cuales, junto a los estudios exploratorios sobre la eficiencia transaccional de la plataforma, se seguirán fortaleciendo a partir de una eventual incorporación de nuevos miembros a este mercado y de la fusión de las bolsas de valores de Chile, Colombia y Perú para dar origen al Nuam Exchange.
