La política de seguridad democrática y las ejecuciones extrajudiciales

Abstract

Este artículo formaliza a través de un mecanismo de principal-agente la política de seguridaddemocrática del gobierno de Uribe y muestra su relación con el incremento de las víctimas deejecuciones extrajudiciales. El modelo explica las fallas de la política de seguridad democráticaal comparararla con una política de seguridad con responsabilidad militar que tiene en cuentaexplícitamente los incentivos de las unidades militares para evitar los llamados falsos positivos.
