La reforma política colombiana de 2003: Explicación e intervención

Abstract

Este trabajo estudia la reforma política colombiana de 2003 a la luz de un conjunto de categorías analíticas relacionadas con las ideas de explicación e intervención. Se trata de conceptos que han sido desarrollados por algunos trabajos recientes sobre la filosofía analítica de las ciencias sociales. Para ese ejercicio se emplea evidencia que muestra las posiciones de tres actores: los congresistas, los académicos y el poder ejecutivo.
