Abstract
ReSUMeNEl presente artículo es la síntesis del debate de los autores sobre lastransformaciones organizacionales basadas en el creciente predominiode los activos intangibles, especialmente del capital humano, paracomprender las organizaciones económicas actuales en medio de suscontextos altamente exigentes y variables, como resultado de la fase inicialde una investigación general sobre el factor trabajo de las ESAL (entidadessin ánimo de lucro).A partir del enfoque tradicional de la fi rma, el capital humano es el factor queha transformado los análisis teóricos por su relativamente nueva y crecienteimportancia, lo que da curso a la necesidad de clarifi carlo. Se observa laforma en que la tecnología infl uye la transformación de la organizaciónmoderna y su articulación con el capital humano, para concluir con larelación de posturas que permiten identifi car y valorar los activos intangiblesbasados en este tipo de factor de producción.ABSTRACTGENERAL ASPECTS OF THE HUMAN CAPITAL" CONCEPT"This article summarizes the debate of the authors about the organizationaltransformations based on the growing prevalence of the intangible assets ofhuman capital. The purpose is to understand the current economic organizationsand their highly demanding and variable contexts as a result of the initial phaseof a general research about the work factor of non-profit entities.Beginning with the traditional Firm approach, human capital is a factor thathas transformed theoretical analysis due to its relatively new and growingimportance, implying the need to clarify the concept. It notes that technologyhas influenced the transformation of the modern organizations and itsarticulation with the human capital, to conclude relating postures that identifyand value the intangible assets based on that type of production factor.RESUMOASPECTOS GERAIS DO CONCEITO "CAPITAL HUMANO"O presente artigo é a síntese do debate dos autores sobre as transformacoesorganizacionais baseadas no crescente predomínio dos ativos intangíveis,especialmente do capital humano, para entender as organizacoeseconomicas atuais em meio de seus contextos altamente exigentes evariáveis, como resultado da fase inicial de uma pesquisa geral sobre ofator trabalho das ESAL (entidades sem animo de lucro).A partir do enfoque tradicional da firma, o capital humano é o fator quetem transformado a análise teórica por sua relativamente nova e crescenteimportancia, o que direciona a necessidade de clareá-lo. Observa-se aforma em que a tecnologia influencia a transformacao da organizacaomoderna e sua articulacao com o capital humano, para concluir com arelacao de posturas que permitem identificar e valorizar os ativos intangíveisbaseados neste tipo de fator de producao.RÉSUMÉASPECTS GÉNÉRAUX DE LA NOTION DU «CAPITAL HUMAIN»Cet article est un résumé de la discussion des auteurs sur les changementsdes organisations basés sur la domination croissante des actifs incorporels,notamment le capital humain, afin de comprendre les organisationséconomiques actuelles au milieu de leurs contextes tres exigeants et variables,a la suite de phase initiale d´une recherche générale sur le travail du facteurESAL (organisations a but non lucratif).Le capital humain est le facteur qui a transformé l´analyse théorique a cause deson nouveau importance et en pleine croissance, qui donne effet a la nécessitéde clarifier. On observe comment la technologie affecte la transformation del´organisation moderne et sa relation avec le capital humain, et on conclutavec une pour identifier et valoriser les actifs incorporels en fonction de cetype de facteur de production."
