Abstract
RESUMENPara el desarrollo de los Proyectos Ambientales Escolares en la Localidad de Suba, se implementó como estrategia de trabajo participativo la Mesa Educación Ambiental Local - MEAL, en donde participan las instituciones educativas de la Localidad de Suba Bogotá D.C., bajo la orientación del Centro Administrativo de Educación Local - CADEL 11 y la UniversidadLibre, en el marco del Proyecto Evaluación del Impacto Ambiental y Social de los Proyectos Ambiéntales Escolares". De ésta nacieron a su vez las Mesas de Trabajo por Unidad de Planeación Zonal - UPZ y Unidad de Planeación Rural - UPR y por Núcleos, que para el caso de éste proyecto, son subdivisiones de las UPZ que facilitan dar cobertura a la gran mayoría de Instituciones educativas de la Localidad.Esta dinámica le ha permitido al proyecto de investigación, tener un posicionamiento en la comunidad educativa. Los resultados muestran procesos de territorialización, interdisciplinariedad, transversalidad, autogestión, concertación, cogestión, participación, nterinstitucionalidad y sostenibilidad, lo que a su vez ha servido como estrategia pedagógica para mejorar la calidad académica en los estudiantes.Los aportes metodológicos de la Escuela Prospectiva y de la Investigación Acción Participación, han sido claves para articular los intereses institucionales y de la comunidad civil, así como los principios emanados por la Política Nacional de Educación Ambiental y las disposiciones delDecreto 1743 de 1994.ABSTRACTFor the development of the Environmental School Projects inthe Locality of Suba, as a strategy of participative work, it was implemented the Environmental Local Education Table - MEAL,where the educational institutions of the Locality of Suba in Bogota D.C., under the orientation of the Administrative Center of Local Education CADEL 11 and Universidad Libre, in the frame of the Project " Evaluation of the Environmental and Social Impact of the Environmental school Projects". From this one, were born the Work Tables of Rural Zonal Planning UPZ and the Unit of Rural Planning UPR and through Cores, which for this project are subdivisions ofthe UPZs that facilitate to give coverage to the great majority of educational Institutions of the Locality.This dynamic has allowed the research project to have a positioning in the educational community. The results show processes of territorialization, interdisciplinarity, transversality, self management, codetermination,participation, interinstitucionality and sustainability, which in turn has served as a pedagogic strategy to improve the academic quality in the students.The methodological contributions of the Prospective School andthe Action Participation Research, have been key to articulate the institutional interests and of the civil community, as well as the principles emanated from the National Policy of Environmental Education and the regulations of the Decree 1743 of 1994."
