Gobierno ético: conceptualización e implementación en las organizaciones

Abstract

Resumen El objetivo del presente artículo es proponer un concepto de gobierno ético e ilustrar sobre su aplicación en las organizaciones. Para tal fin se hace un recorrido teórico en el que se abordan los diversos enfoques sobre el tema. El diseno metodológico se enmarca en un enfoque cualitativo, de donde se plantean cuatro etapas: descriptiva-conceptual, comprensiva-sintética, propositiva y aplicativa. La conclusión central es que la esencia de gobernar éticamente implica que quienes conforman el gobierno deben asumir en el uso del poder los valores morales organizacionales, acordados colectivamente, de tal forma que ejerzan una influencia positiva sobre los grupos de interés.
