El sistema de Bortkiewicz, las industrias no básicas y la tasa de ganancia

Abstract

En su famoso artículo sobre la transformación de valores en precios de producción (l907,i), Bortkiewicz reclama haber demostrado de manera concluyente que, cuando las verdaderas interacciones entre los sectores del sistema económico son tomadas en consideración dentro del modelo de Marx, los sectores que no producen medios de producción ni bienes-salario en nada influyen sobre la determinación de la tasa general o media de ganancia. Como es bien sabido, esto refutaría la teoría de Marx sobre la tasa media de ganancia, según la cual estaúltima estaría determinada no solamente por la tasa de plusvalía sino también por la composición orgánica del capital, composición en la cual intervienen todos los sectores, básicos y no básicos, sin importar el tipode bienes que produzcan. Y demostraría que las críticas de Marx a. la teoría de Ricardo sobre el descenso de la tasa de ganancia, centradas exclusivamente en el nivel de los salarios, carecerían completamente de validez.
