L'entree des PECO dans la zone euro : quels effets sur le bien-être ?

Abstract

Les PECO ont en moyenne une situation economique tres differente de celle des pays initiaux de la zone euro. Puisqu'ils sont de faible poids (demographique ou economique), leur entree ne modifiera visiblement la politique monetaire de la zone euro que si les representants des pays a la BCE choisissent cette politique en fonction de la situation de leur pays et pas de la situation moyenne de la zone.
