Abstract

Information technologies greatly facilitate these factors and constitute a clear opportunity for growth in efficiency and effectiveness. This paper gives a systematic overview of Knowledge Management, focusing on competitive decision-making in operational and strategic processes, and identifies possible applications in the cooperative sector.
