Ausbilden während der Covid-19-Pandemie – Hürden für Betriebe und Auszubildende

Abstract

Das ifo Institut befragt im Auftrag von Randstad Deutschland quartalsweise über 1 000 deutsche Personalleiter*innen. Im dritten Quartal 2021 wurde unter anderem nach der Ausbildungssituation während der Covid-19-Pandemie gefragt. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss übernahmen drei von vier Unternehmen ihre Auszubildenden. Zwei von drei Ausbildungsbetrieben berichteten für das aktuelle Ausbildungsjahr 2021/2022 über Schwierigkeiten bei der Besetzung ihrer Ausbildungsplätze. Rund 14% der ausbildenden Firmen konnten keine ihrer Ausbildungsstellen besetzen.
