Corona und die Ausbildungssituation

Abstract

Im Rahmen der Personalleiterbefragung werden vierteljährlich bis zu 1 000 Personalleiter zu aktuellen Themen befragt. Die Sonderfragen der Befragung im dritten Quartal 2020 bezogen sich auf die Ausbildungssituation der Unternehmen. Die Situation während der Corona-Pandemie hat dazu geführt, dass Wissenslücken entstanden sind und diese auch nicht immer geschlossen werden konnten. Auch gaben die Personalleiter an, dass sie weniger Auszubildende in eine dauerhafte Beschäftigung übernommen haben als ursprünglich geplant.
