Abstract

Die Bautätigkeit hat sich im laufenden Jahrzehnt hervorragend entwickelt. Zwar wird die bisherige Aufwärtsbewegung demnächst zu Ende gehen, es sind aber keine größeren Markteinbußen zu erwarten. Durch die verhaltenere Neubaunachfrage werden sich viele Ausbaufirmen wieder stärker dem Gebäudebestand zuwenden.
