Abstract

Holger Mühlenkamp, Deutsche Universität für Verwaltungswissenschaften Speyer, nimmt Stellung zu einem Beitrag von Gernot Sieg und Berthold U. Wigger aus dem ifo Schnelldienst 22/2018 zum Thema »Auch in Zukunft Verkehrsinfrastruktur in ÖPP bereitstellen«. In seinem Kommentar stellt Holger Mühlenkamp die Argumente vor; warum er eher geringe Möglichkeiten für wirtschaftliche Öffentlich-private Partnerschaften sieht.
