Branchen im Blickpunkt: Ökologische Landwirtschaft in Deutschland – eine Bestandsaufnahme

Abstract

Der Umsatz mit Bio-Lebensmitteln in Deutschland hat sich seit der Jahrtausendwende mehr als verfünffacht. 2017 wurde die Umsatzgrenze von 10 Mrd. Euro deutlich überschritten. Das politisch vorgegebene Ziel eines 20%-Anteils von Ökoflächen an den landwirtschaftlichen Nutzflächen insgesamt bleibt noch in weiter Ferne.
