ifo Weltwirtschaftsklima trübt sich leicht ein - Ergebnisse des 121. World Economic Survey (WES) für das dritte Quartal 2013

Abstract

Der Indikator für das ifo Weltwirtschaftsklima ist nach seinem zweimaligen Anstieg wieder etwas gesunken. Sowohl die Beurteilungen zur aktuellen Lage als auch der wirtschaftliche Ausblick für die nächsten sechs Monate verschlechterten sich leicht im Vergleich zum Vorquartal. Die Erholung der Weltkonjunktur kommt nicht recht voran. Dennoch bleiben die Anzeichen einer Stabilisierung der Weltwirtschaft gültig. In den verschiedenen Wirtschaftsregionen gibt es heterogene Entwicklungen. Der erwartete Preisanstieg für das Jahr 2013 bleibt mit 3,2% unverändert gegenüber dem Vorquartal. Im weltweiten Durchschnitt wird nicht mehr mit einem Rückgang der kurzfristigen Zinsen gerechnet, sondern erstmals seit fast zwei Jahren tendenziell mit einem Anstieg. Noch ausgeprägter ist die erwartete Aufwärtstendenz bei den langfristigen Zinsen. Im weltweiten Durchschnitt werden der US-Dollar und der japanische Yen – wie schon in der vorangegangenen Umfrage – nahe bei ihrem Gleichgewichtskurs gesehen. Der Euro und das britische Pfund gelten dagegen als leicht überbewertet.
