Rückläufige Investitionen – geringes Leasingwachstum

Abstract

Das Leasing konnte 2011 mit dem dynamischen Wachstum der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Investitionsausgaben nicht nur Schritt halten, sondern sogar stärker expandieren, wie der neueste ifo Investitionstest bei den deutschen Leasinggesellschaften zeigt, der zusammen mit dem Bundesverband Deutscher Leasing-Unternehmen (BDL) durchgeführt wurde. Im Jahresverlauf von 2012 war aber eine zunehmende Investitionszurückhaltung der Wirtschaft zu spüren. Besonders im zweiten Halbjahr zeigte die wirtschaftliche Abkühlung auch in der Leasingbranche Bremsspuren. Gleichwohl dürfte dort im Jahresdurchschnitt 2012 im Neugeschäft sowohl mit Mobilien wie auch mit Immobilien ein leichtes Wachstum von 0,5% bzw. von 1,4% generiert werden können.
