Neun von zehn Firmen rechnen für 2020 mit einem Fachkräftemangel

Abstract

Nach den Ergebnissen einer im Oktober 2010 durchgeführten Sonderbefragung bei Personalleitern sind mehr als 40% der teilnehmenden Firmen aktuell von einem Fachkräftemangel betroffen. Insgesamt gehen neun von zehn Befragungsteilnehmer davon aus, dass im Jahr 2020 nicht genügend Fachkräfte zur Verfügung stehen werden.
