Abstract

Frank Scharr, Bundeskanzleramt, unterstreicht, dass die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der ostdeutschen Länder in den letzten Jahren durch einen erfolgreichen Strukturwandel geprägt war, der mittlerweile zu einem höheren Industrialisierungsgrad als z.B. in Frankreich, Großbritannien oder den USA geführt hat. In den kommenden Jahren werden vor allem innovationspolitische Maßnahmen und Maßnahmen zur Fachkräftesicherung stärker ins Zentrum der Aufbau-Ost-Förderung rücken.
