Branchen im Blickpunkt: Die ökologische Lebensmittelwirtschaft

Abstract

Nach ökologischen Richtlinien erzeugte Lebensmittel erfahren einen stärkeren Zuspruch durch die Konsumenten. Fast alle Konsumbranchen orientieren sich an dem gestiegenen Bedürfnis nach umweltverträglichen Produkten und Dienstleistungen. Der Konsumtrend "Bio" und ein weltweit wachsendes Angebot sorgen für die Entwicklung des ökologischen Landbaus und der angrenzenden Branchen.
