Wohnungsneubau in Europa erreicht RekordniveauAusgewählte Ergebnisse der Euroconstruct-Winterkonferenz 2006

Abstract

Nach den aktuellen Prognosen der Experten aus den 19 Mitgliedsländern des Euroconstruct-Netzwerks ist beim Bauvolumen zur Errichtung neuer Eigenheime und Mehrfamiliengebäude, das bis 2006 hohe reale Zuwächsen verzeichnen konnte, im laufenden Jahr mit einer Abflachung und bis 2009 sogar mit leichten Rückgängen zu rechnen.
