Dynamisches Wachstum in der Leasingbranche - die Anzeichen für eine Belebung der Investitionstätigkeit mehren sich

Abstract

Nach den jüngsten Ergebnissen des ifo Konjunkturtests Leasing sind die Leasinggesellschaften mit ihrer aktuellen Geschäftslage sehr zufrieden. Und zur Mitte des Jahres 2005 mehren sich auch die Anzeichen, die auf eine leichte Verbesserung des Investitionsklimas hoffen lassen. Die Unternehmen schätzten im zweiten Quartal des laufenden Jahres nicht nur die aktuelle Geschäftslage sehr viel günstiger ein als zuvor, sondern auch in ihren Erwartungen äußerten sich die Testteilnehmer zuversichtlicher: Per saldo 28% hoffen auf bessere Geschäfte im zweiten Halbjahr 2005 (Vorquartal: 24%). Auch der geglättete Stimmungsindikator, der in der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2004 mehr oder weniger auf der Stelle trat, setzte seinen Aufwärtstrend fort. Der auf den Zukunftseinschätzungen der Leasinggesellschaften basierende Investitionsindex, der zusammen vom ifo Institut und dem Bundesverband Deutscher Leasing-Unternehmen (BDL) ermittelt wird und ein aussagefähiger Indikator für die Prognose der Ausrüstungsinvestitionen ist, lässt auf höhere Ausrüstungsinvestitionen im Jahr 2005 gegenüber dem Vorjahr schließen. Nach dem derzeitigen Berechnungsstand dürften die nominalen gesamtwirtschaftlichen Investitionen in Ausrüstungsgüter und sonstige Anlagen in diesem Jahr in einer Größenordnung von rund 3% zulegen.
