Mittelfristige Perspektiven für den Nichtwohnungsbau in Deutschland

Abstract

Der Rückgang der Nichtwohnungsbauinvestitionen in den vergangenen zehn Jahren ist eine Folge der Anpassung des Bautenbestandes an das sich abschwächende gesamtwirtschaftliche Wachstum. Damit es zu einer Trendwende hin zu wieder steigenden Investitionen kommt, müsste sich - nach einer ökonometrischen Schätzung - die durchschnittliche jährliche Wachstumsrate des realen BIP für den Rest des Jahrzehnts an 2% annähern.
