Regionale Konjunkturindikatoren auf Basis des Zahlungsverhaltens von Unternehmen

Abstract

Im vorliegenden Aufsatz werden Angaben zum Zahlungsverhalten von Unternehmen aus dem Debitorenregister Deutschland (DRD) von Creditreform auf deren Eignung als vorlaufende Indikatoren für die Konjunktur auf Ebene der Bundesländer getestet. Ein aus dem Debitorenregister gewonnener Überfälligkeitsindikator weist gute Vorlaufeigenschaften für die Veränderung gesamtwirtschaftlicher Umsätze in Sachsen, Bayern und Nordrhein­-Westfalen auf. Damit erscheint das Debitorenregister Deutschland als eine nützliche neue Datenquelle, welche in Zukunft als ergänzender Frühindikator genutzt werden könnte.
