Konjunkturprognose Ostdeutschland und Sachsen 2009/2010 : Wirtschaft erholt sich langsam von der Rezession

Abstract

Der aktuellen ifo Dresden Konjunkturprognose zufolge ist das Bruttoinlandsprodukt der ostdeutschen Bundesländer (mit Berlin) 2009 preisbereinigt um 3,6 % unter das Vorjahresniveau gesunken. Ausschlaggebend hierfür war ein massiver Produktionseinbruch im vorherigen Winterhalbjahr. In den vergangenen Monaten ist allerdings eine leichte Erholung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung eingetreten. Diese dürfte sich 2010 mit gemächlichen Tempo fortsetzen und in Ostdeutschland zu einem Wirtschaftswachstum von 1,1% führen. Die sächsische Wirtschaft, die aufgrund ihrer vergleichsweise hohen Exportorientierung von der globalen Rezession besonders hart getroffen wurde, wird 2010 voraussichtlich einen Bruttoinlandsprodukt-Zuwachs von 1,5 % erfahren. In Hinblick auf die Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ist in den nächsten Monaten mit einer spürbaren Verschlechterung zu rechnen. Die Zahl der Erwerbstätigen dürfte 2010 in Sachsen und in Ostdeutschland um rund 1% zurückgehen.
