Unternehmensgründungen in Deutschland : bürokratische Spießrutenläufe?

Abstract

Einer aktuellen Studie der Weltbank zufolge dauert die Gründung einer GmbH in Deutschland 45 Tage und damit elfmal so lange wie beim europäischen Spitzenreiter Dänemark. In diesem Beitrag werden die Methode und ausgewählte Ergebnisse der Studie vorgestellt. Anschließend wird der Frage nachgegangen, ob das schlechte Abschneiden Deutschlands die wahren Verhältnisse hierzulande adäquat widerspiegelt.
