Der sächsische Arbeitsmarkt im Jahr 2003 : Arbeitsmarkt Sachsen 2003 - Jahresrückblick

Abstract

Entgegen der Entwicklung in den anderen Bundesländern ging die jahresdurchschnittliche Zahl an Arbeitslosen in Sachsen im vergangenen Jahr leicht zurück. Dieser Rückgang spiegelt jedoch weder eine verbesserte wirtschaftliche Lage noch einen Ausbau des zweiten Arbeitsmarktes wider. Die Gründe liegen vielmehr in der Bereinigung der Arbeitslosenstatistik um ältere Arbeitslose und ersten Auswirkungen der Hartz'schen Arbeitsmarktreformen.
