Innovationsverhalten der ostdeutschen Industrie

Abstract

Die Innovationstätigkeit der ostdeutschen Unternehmen hat sich schon seit längerem auf hohem Niveau stabilisiert: Die im Jahr 2000 hierfür von der Industrie aufgewendeten Finanzmittel lagen jedoch geringfügig unter dem Volumen des Vorjahres. Aufgrund der höheren Einführungsrate von Produktneuheiten der letzten Jahre verfügt die ostdeutsche Wirtschaft im Vergleich zur westdeutschen Industrie über ein ausgeglicheneres - und damit auch wachstumsträchtigeres - Produktsortiment.
