Abstract

Legal Tech provides services that can help consumers by offering an online rating and reviewing system that ranks attorneys. Clients can now choose their attorneys by gaining access to more complete information (any work experience, industry recognition, achievements, and disciplinary history will be listed in the profile), but this system is criticized for some reasons, which we will explain.
