L'économie locale « résidentielle »

Abstract

The text aims to present the basic principles of what the author calls the «residential» economy. He recalls that the theoretical basis of this proposal lies in already old concept «theory of the base.» The author describes four types of local economy: productive, public, residential and socio-residential to locate residential in other kind of value creation He shows how we can finally move from the concept of «residential» to «attendance».
