Croître ou ne pas croître : une question de dirigeant ?

Abstract

Encouragés par les responsables politiques et économiques à développer davantage leurs activités, les dirigeants français des entreprises familiales de petite taille en semblent comme empêchés. De multiples obstacles exogènes sont constamment invoqués. Notre propos, basé sur une étude approfondie menée auprès de dirigeants, est d'identifier leurs motivations profondes et de mieux comprendre leur attitude vis-à-vis de la croissance.
