Comment évaluer la productivité dans les activités de service ?

Abstract

This article compares Data Envelopment Analysis with Pendiscan to measuring the productivity in the sector of the services. Each approach is studied in the theoretical and practical plan, while trying to answer the question : how to measure the productivity without forgetting quality and flexibility.
