Prehľad európskych stratégií v rámci spoločnej dopravnej politiky Európskej únie v rokoch 2001 až 2009

Abstract

Európske stratégie v rámci spoločnej dopravnej politiky Európskej únie obsahujú súbory opatrení navrhovaných Európskou komisiou s cieľom zvýšiť kvalitu, bezpečnosť a konkurencieschopnosť jednotlivých druhov dopravy. Tento článok sa zaoberá tak cieľmi a opatreniami Bielej knihy o doprave z roku 2001, ako aj jej revíziou a následnými balíčkami opatrení pre dopravu šetrnejšiu k životnému prostrediu, pre nákladnú a pre námornú dopravu. Zároveň prezentuje diskusiu EK o trvalo udržateľnej doprave, nadväzujúcu na koniec desaťročného obdobia Bielej knihy.
