Abstract

Work and leadership are part of a world-wide change-process that concerns men as well as machines. Learning process and learning responsibilities increasingly become an integral part of work and leadership requirements. The learning-process takes place in autonomous spatiotemporal arrangements, which still seems to be an exception for human workers. Action forces as a place for learning and working can be seen as an example in linking work, leadership and learning towards an integrated learning and leadership culture. In this paper a theoretical outline is developed on the basis of empirical findings.
