Abstract

Although there is much conceptual and empirical research on Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), fundamental conceptual and empirical questions are still open. In our explorative research study, we interviewed HR managers from several industries about their perspectives on HRMS. We conclude by deriving some implications for HR practice and further research.
