Von der Organisationsberatung zum Lernen in Netzwerken

Abstract

Vor dem Hintergrund der veränderten Anforderungen an die Beratungsbranche wird das Verhältnis von Netzwerken und Beratung diskutiert. Dabei geht es sowohl um ein erwachendes Interesse an „Netzwerkberatung” als möglichem neu zu entdeckendem Geschäftsfeld als auch um die Bildung von „Beratungsnetzwerken“. Wenn beide Entwicklungen parallel laufen, wenn also Netzwerke Netzwerke beraten, entstehen neuartige Lern- und Innovationsarrangements, in denen sich die Strukturen und Prozesse der Wissensvermittlung und Wissensgenerierung verändern. Sie verweisen auf ein verändertes Grundverständnis von Beratung. Zentral für solche Lernnetzwerke ist ein Beratungsverständnis, welches die Ermöglichung und Begleitung von selbstorganisierten Lernprozessen der beteiligten Akteure und Organisationen in den Mittelpunkt des Interesses rückt.
