Beobachtungen der Beobachtungen: Ein systemtheoretisches Beratungsdesign

Abstract

Aus einer systemischen Perspektive sind Konflikte das Ergebnis unterschiedlicher Beobachtungen (Wirklichkeitskonstruktionen). Bekommt ein Berater den Auftrag zur Konfliktlösung, dann beobachtet er diese Beobachtungen mit dem Ziel, die festgefahrenen Wirklichkeitskonstruktionen aufzuweichen und blinde Flecke aufzuspüren. Möglich wird dies, weil Berater als Beobachter mit anderen Unterscheidungen operieren. Aber auch Berater haben blinde Flecke, die nur ein anderer Beobachter beobachten kann. Die systemtheoretische Beobachtungslogik wird im Aufsatz auf einen Beratungsfall angewendet, indem die Kombination zweier Beobachtungsebenen (durch zwei Berater) genutzt wird. Der beobachtete Konfliktprozess und die daraus resultierenden Interventionen werden systemtheoretisch begründet und interpretiert durch das Wechselspiel von systemischer Praxis und Theorie.
