Abstract

Qualitätssteigerung ist ein Leitprinzip in der mit der sozialpolitischen Agenda auf den Weg gebrachten Modernisierung des europäischen Sozialmodells. Als Ergebnis der Tagungen des Europäischen Rates in Lissabon und Nizza wurde die Verbesserung der Arbeitsplatzqualität und der Arbeitsproduktivität zu einem der drei übergreifenden Ziele der beschäftigungspolitischen Leitlinien für den Zeitraum 2003- 2005 gemacht - neben der Vollbeschäftigung und dem sozialen Zusammenhalt.
