INQA Büro. Ein Zwischenbericht

Abstract

Der Initiativkreis „Neue Qualität der Büroarbeit“ (INQA Büro) wurde 2002 in Kooperation zwischen Sozialpartnern und Verbänden der Bürowirtschaft als eigenständiger Beitrag zur nationalen Initiative INQA gegründet. Er versteht sich als aktivierende Plattform und Einladung für die langfristig angelegte Kooperation aller an der Gestaltung der Büroarbeit Interessierten und stützt sich auf die Infrastruktur und Aktivitäten seiner Kooperationspartner. Es geht konkret vor allem um die Vernetzung und Kooperation der Bürofachwelt mit dem Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz und der Arbeitswissenschaft. Hauptprojekt ist die Erarbeitung einer freiwilligen Konvention „Nutzungsqualität der Dienstleistungen“. Die begonnene Kooperation des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes mit den kommerziellen Trägern und den Disziplinen der Bürofachwelt hat Experimentalcharakter mit Bedeutung über INQA Büro hinaus. Sie trägt zur Weiterentwicklung des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes und seiner „Feldorganisation“, der Basi, bei, deren Satzungsauftrag den Handlungsintentionen der nationalen Initiative entspricht.
