Experten weiten und Managementpraxis: Zur Mikropolitik des Wissens

Abstract

Im Vorfeld von betrieblichen Modernisierungskonzepten wächst die Bedeutung überlegenen Expertenwissens. Gleichzeitig besteht verstärkter Subjektivitätsbedarf im Sinne hoher Entscheidungs- und Handlungserfordernisse. Mit diesem Beitrag soll die Diskussion um die Rolle von Experten in betrieblichen Modernisierungsprozessen, um die anerkannte oder verweigerte Geltung ihres Wissens, um die Anschluss- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit ihrer Situationsdefinitionen in organisatorischen Kontexten aus einer mikropolitischen Perspektive des Wissens weiterentwickelt werden.
