Tác động của năng lực lãnh đạo lên học tập tổ chức và hiệu suất doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực du lịch

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này xác định và đánh giá các yếu tố cấu thành năng lực lãnh đạo tác động đến sự học tập tổ chức và hiệu suất doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực du lịch để đưa ra những kiến nghị chính sách giúp phát triển năng lực lãnh đạo và nguồn nhân lực du lịch vùng Đồng bằng Sông Cửu Long. Nghiên cứu sử dụng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (PLS-SEM) với phần mềm Smart-PLS trên mẫu 400 lãnh đạo, quản lý đang làm việc ở các loại hình doanh nghiệp trên lĩnh vực du lịch của vùng. Kết quả phân tích dữ liệu cho thấy, các yếu tố cấu thành năng lực lãnh đạo như: năng lực hướng đến kết quả, năng lực nhận thức, năng lực ứng xử đều có tác động tích cực đến học tập tổ chức và hiệu suất doanh nghiệp trên lĩnh vực du lịch của vùng. Trong đó, năng lực nhận thức có tác động đến học tập tổ chức, năng lực ứng xử có tác động đến hiệu suất doanh nghiệp và năng lực hướng đến kết quả vừa tác động đến hiệu suất doanh nghiệp, vừa tác động đến học tập tổ chức.
