Nejednakost Zarada U Srbiji (Wage Inequality In Serbia)

Abstract

Merenje nejednakosti dohotka na osnovu SILC ankete u Srbiji počelo je početkom prethodne decenije. Od momenta kad su rezultati postali dostupni Srbija spada među zemlje koje karakteriše najviši nivo dohodne nejednakosti u Evropi. Za razliku od nejednakosti dohotka, čiju su rezultati javno dostupni i objavljuju se na godišnjem nivou, o nejednakosti zarada malo se zna. S obzirom na to da zarade predstavljaju glavnu komponentu dohotka, neophodno je detaljnije ispitati oblik njihove distribucije. U ovom radu bavimo se procenom nejednakosti zarada iz različitih izvora podataka i na osnovu različitih indikatora. Rezultati do kojih smo došli ukazuju da je nejednakost zarada znatno niža od nejednakosti dohotka. Štaviše, prema međunarodnim poređenjima Srbija bi se mogla svrstati u zemlje sa umerenom nejednakošću zarada. Navedeni nalazi ukazuju da se bazični uzroci visoke nejednakosti dohotka i nejednakosti u društvu najverovatnije nalaze izvan zarada, pre svega među penzionerima i stanovništvom radnog uzrasta koje se nalazi van tržišta rada.
