A glimpse into the future: How smart buildings are changing corporate real estate

Abstract

Smart-building technologies are having a growing impact on corporate real estate. As workplace strategies and the built environment change, corporate real estate executives must understand the benefits and cost impact of smart-building solutions. This paper will arm corporate real estate executives with examples, strategies and tactics that they can put into practice to yield beneficial results in their real estate portfolios.
