Abstract

The problems of the article are connected with the transition from theory to practice of the professional experience development for military specialists to tackle crisis situations. The search for ways to solve this problem in modern crisis conditions is presented as a scientific task. The research is based on the philosophical and psychological-pedagogical foundations of personal experience, theories of vocational education and training activities, researches provided by military scientists in the field of military vocational education, military training and upbringing. The results of an experimental study of the process of training officers enrolled in master’s degree programs are used to develop their professional experience of effective activity in situations designated by the concept of ‘‘crisis’’. The author has solved a scientific problem i.e. identified the main ways to develop the professional experience of officers necessary for the prevention and effective resolution of modern crisis situations. The connection of theory with practice in the application of this experience is shown. The value of the officers’professional experience is confirmed. The implementation of the proposed ways of its development contributes to the creation of pedagogical opportunities for the formation of professional readiness of graduates of military universities for successful activity in the current crisis conditions.
