Abstract

The preparation of future teachers for the implementation of educational activities in professional educational organizations primarily implies the formation of the personality qualities necessary for its implementation. The personal qualities of future teachers formed in the course of studying at a university will be transmitted to students of professional educational organizations in the future and will become the basis for developing their “softskills”, which are so necessary for the effective implementation of future professional activities. The core of the concept is a system of regularities, built taking into account the age characteristics and social portrait of students in professional educational organizations, and identified negative and positive trends of education in professional education. The methodological basis of the study was systemic, axiological, contextual, nuclear and person-oriented approaches; structural approach to the study of personality by S. L. Rubinshtein, the concept of the need to prepare future teachers for educational activities.
