Abstract
The directions of modernization and the pace of development of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are determined by the requirements of ensuring national security, increasing the status of our country in the world community and the geopolitical interests of Russia. The mobility of the modern army depends entirely on the professional mobility of the command staff and military personnel of the Russian army. Professional mobility involves taking into account the personality characteristics of a military man who is ready for rapid adaptation and successful self-realization in a highly dynamic social environment. The relevance of the study is due to the objectively existing contradiction between the need for the formation of professional mobility of future officers in a military university and the modern organization of the educational process, which does not fully realize the possibility of the formation of professional mobility among cadets of a military university. The methodological basis of the research is a systematic approach, on the basis of which the structure of professional mobility of a cadet of a military university is considered and a model of its formation is developed, and an activity approach that allows considering mobility as a result of personal activity and building the process of professional mobility formation based on the inclusion of cadets in different types of activities. The formation of professional mobility of future officers is a purposeful, complex, complex educational process expressed in the creation of a model for the development of the most important integrative personality quality of military university cadets, which includes the content and structure of professional mobility of a military specialist, stages of formation, content aspects of the levels of formation of professional mobility of military university cadets, organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the successful formation of professional mobility.
