Methodology for assessing the digitalization processes in municipal property management (on the example of the city of Perm)

Abstract

The article discusses the economic role of the property complex of the municipality, analyzes issues related to the introduction of a digital platform for managing municipal property. The methodological basis of the study was the work of Russian authors dealing with the problems of introducing digital technologies. In the course of work on the article, theories of digitalization of systems, computational and experimental methods for modeling the digitalization of platforms for the property of a municipality were applied and used. The author assesses the conditions and nature of digital changes in the management of municipal property, the possibility of their transformation, providing access to digital platforms for business entities. Based on the analysis of the implementation of the digital platform for managing municipal property, the potential for its use by the administration of the municipality is determined.
