Analysis of the digital platform introduction for property management (regional and municipal features)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of problems related to the possibility of introducing digital property management platforms at the regional and municipal levels. The study is aimed at finding options for financing projects to implement digital platforms. The methodological framework includes a study of the effectiveness of available data on property management in conditions of limited computing resources. The work shows the need to use new digital technologies for property management at the level of regions and municipalities. Data on the implementation of digital projects in the region are given. The author publishes a number of articles on the topic of property management, and the study on identifying problems related to the possibility of increasing the value of urban property, attracting investors and investments in the urban environment is seen as a relevant and promising direction in solving scientific problems in the modern economy.
