Abstract

The article shows a modern lesson of physical education with the help of audiovisual teaching tools. The authors draw attention to the fact that the lesson can take place with the help of various forms and methods that allow us to form the psychology of teaching and educating secondary school students in non-standard conditions, namely, in the conditions of a pandemic, during physical culture lessons in remote format. Scientific research was conducted on remote training during the period of self-isolation of teachers and students from March 16 to April 30, 2020 in the secondary school no. 25 in Sochi, Krasnodar District in three groups of 9th grade students. A student of the Department of Sports of the Kuban State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism who studied the “Biomechanics of Motor Activity” course took part in the scientific and pedagogical study and suggested a practice-oriented project with a methodology for performing a sports challenge to activate the movements of adolescents in remote mode. A new format of classes with visualization and motivation of a group of teenagers by available means and forms aimed at the development of civil patriotism and physical qualities is shown and suggested.
