Abstract

Articolul reflectă aspectele protecției proprietății intelectuale prin prisma legislației concurențiale, abordând cele mai diverse problematici în domeniu. Totodată, sunt identificate unele provocări noi la adresa proprietății intelectuale, fiind cercetat în complex fenomenul așa-numitului „squatting”, specificându-se în detaliu esența și tipologia acestuia
